We take a proactive approach with each client's leadership and Human Resources teams ensuring service requests are processed in a timely manner. In addition we take a similar proactive approach with employees, providing a direct line of contact in the event there are issues or questions with claims or coverage.
EDUCATION
Health insurance is a complicated topic and it is only becoming more complicated as time goes on. We want our client's employees to feel confident in their ability to maximize the benefit they are receiving. To accomplish this we provide ongoing training programs for employees that highlights their specific employee benefits program so when a claim happens they are prepared to efficiently handle it.
